Job Title: Events Director

Company Overview: Flawless Events is an international event management agency that specializes in end-to-end design and production of international conferences, product launches and special corporate events. Our office is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia while our services cover the entire African continent, and our clients span a spectrum of industries and nationalities.

Position Overview: The Event Director is a senior-level position that will support the CEO in strategizing and implementing business plans for internal and external use, maintain relationships through sales approaches, and guide direction of team, while also acting as event planner from brainstorming creative proposals all the way to bidding for various local and regional accounts. The Event Director supports and reports to the CEO in the execution of the company’s annual plan to advance the company’s mission.
