Bread Free is the first company in the world that manufactures gluten-free wheat flour. We have validated our technology through several research projects and trials with final consumers. We are looking for an R&D Manager who is passionate about improving people's health through the application of Food Science and Biotechnology. We seek for people all over the world willing to join the Startup Ecosystem, and build with our technological team the gluten-free revolution.

Requirements:
• PhD in Food Biotechnology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or similar.
• Presential job at our offices in Ciudad Agroalimentaria de Tudela, Navarra.
• Fluent English and fluent Spanish.
• Team Leading Experience.
• Be creative, autonomous and self-resolutive.

Desirable skills:
• 3 - 5 years of experience coordinating R&D teams.
• Driving license and vehicle.
