We are looking to strengthen our office in Ansbach with immediate effect:

IT support employee (m/f/d)

(IT specialist / IT clerk / IT systems electronics technician / IT systems clerk / technical assistant for IT or comparable)

What You Can Expect
• Monitoring and support of customer systems
• Analysis and sustainable troubleshooting
• Creation of error and problem analyses
• Configuration, commissioning and support of hardware
• Database queries (Oracle SQL or PL/SQL)
• Commissioning new software and production lines

Working Hours
• 40 hours in a shift model (day, early, late and night shifts as well as on-call weeks)
• The on-call weeks can be used to reduce hours / training and as a backup in the event of a shift failure
• Paid weekend standby (approx. 8 weekends per year/employee)
• 30 days vacation
