Dexter Distribution Group Canada Ltd. is a Parts Distributor serving clients throughout Canada.

We operate in a team environment, with safety, efficiency, and customer service as our primary goals.

We are looking to add a Full Time Office Manager to our team.

The Office Manager will work closely with the Sales Team, Purchaser, Shipping Personnel, General Accountant and Branch Manager to ensure timely and efficient workflow, the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, and effective communication to customers and co-workers.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will:

· Coordinate with Sales Personnel and Shipping Personnel to perform Accounts Receivable invoicing for Route Trucks, Common Carrier Shipments, and when required, Customer Pickups.

· Process payment for Route Shipments, Common Carrier Shipments, and when required, Customer Pickups.

· Assist Sales personnel with the creation and completion of RGA’s & RFC’s.
