As ICT System Engineer, you will, together with the ICT System Architect, cover the management and the support of the whole ICT infrastructure within the company. You will ensure the support of internal clients related to IT equipment and application.

Responsibilities

Server Management:
• Installation, configuration and upgrade of the Windows server platform (physical and virtual)
• Administration, maintenance and resolution of the issues and problems

Network Management:
• Installation and maintenance of the network infrastructure
• Manage the security aspects to ensure a safe environment

Internal IT support:
• Support on all hardware and software set at the disposal of the employees
• Use of trouble ticketing system for IT support activities

System Architecture:
• Assist in the selection and the implementation of a new infrastructure
