We are recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquistion Advisor to join the team to support the hiring agenda of our blue collar population in our DACH manufacturing sites and attract the very best talent to Mondelez International.

How You Will Contribute
• Develop and grow relationships with the leadership team to ensure alignment of needs against business strategy
• Business partner and closely collaborate with the local People Leads and People Services team
• Work alongside the People Experience team who manage blue collar recruitments in order to assist them with the sourcing of candidates
• Develop a way of working when it comes to the procses of e sourcing of candidates
