Working Location: Sattahip, Chonburi (onsite 100%) Base Salary: 100,000 - 130,000 THB/Month Working day: Mon - Fri. Responsibilities Conduct financial due diligence to identify and address any accounting issues or risks that may impact the IPO process. Collaborate with shareholders and executive management to conduct comprehensive business and financial analyses, contributing to critical decision-making processes. Assist in organizing financial data, macroeconomic reports, and analyst reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including financial advisor, legal advisor, internal auditor, regulators, underwriters and other related parties in the lPO process.
