The Executive Chef, primary role is support the Catering Operation in the vital functions of the Catering Department. You are tasked with thes Consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuidine of the highest quality, presentation, and flavour for the dining facility. Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, you will mnaage profit areas, stock wastage and cost control, hygiene pratices, and the training of kitchen, aligning with company SOPs and Food HACCP.

Responsibilities
• Manage finances for kitchen operations, including food cost control, budgeting, and minimizing wastage, to ensure the department operates within financial targets.
• Produce quality food
• Oversee kitchen operations, including stock rotation using FIFO methods, strategic menu planning, and maintaining operating equipment with regular stock takes and preventative maintenance schedule.
