Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Ensure seamless execution of HR policies and procedures.
• Spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.

Requirements
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, Master's degree preferred
• Experience in the food processing industry or FMCG is a plus
