Key Responsibilities
• Installation, servicing, and maintenance support of Company products.
• Achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Be flexible to travel and work overtime.

Qualifications and Skills
• Common sense, troubleshooting skills and enjoys hands-on practical work
• Must have a valid, clean driving license for 2 years.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills would be advantageous but not essential.
• Whilst maintaining a high degree of personal hygiene be prepared to deal with foul odours from greasetraps and faulty plumbing.
