Contract Administrator required for commercial refurbishment and fit out project | Sydney CBD

This is reputable builder that work across large iconic commercial projects in Sydney and with over 25 years’ experience within the industry they have a solid pipeline of projects and some excellent relationships.

Due to new project wins they require a junior contract administrator to join their team on one of their newest commercial refurbishments and fit out project in Sydney CBD

Your new role

As the contracts administrator, you will be based on-site reporting to the project manager. You will be responsible for CA duties for new build construction including sending out drawings, procurement of suppliers, trade selection, document checking, overseeing contracts, progress payments and processing claims and ensuring the client has enough coverage for suppliers etc.
