The Customer Care Agent is responsible to resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner (oral and written). Contribute in team work to build cooperation and communication, and to ultimately achieve department objectives, ensuring world class customer care. Handle all queries, complaints and requests with minimum escalation. Answer all inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous and efficient manner following organizational process and guidelines

Core Responsibilities
• Resolve customer queries on handsets, products and services, promotions, billing, general company information
• Ensure that targets are met in self performance and as a team
• Follow through the scorecard process, coaching and Call Center policies
• Liaise with CCTech in testing and run outbound calls when driving a campaign
• Escalate problems in accordance with the query resolution procedure
