Job Description Summary The Manager, Talent Acquisition will be a key member of our People & Culture team and will play a critical role in developing and executing proactive strategies to attract top talent and meet the recruitment and hiring needs for AV. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will partner with Business Leadership, and other stakeholders to develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to identify the best talent at all levels and continue to find ways to innovate and streamline the hiring experience by leveraging technology, analyzing data and metrics, and staying abreast of industry trends.
