Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sub Editor at The News International located in Karachi Central District. As a Sub Editor, you will be responsible for editing and proofreading articles for grammar, style, and accuracy. Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing and correcting written content, fact-checking information, ensuring consistency in writing style, and working closely with writers and editors to produce high-quality news articles. Additional skills required are for transcription of audio and video files and producing an article. Besides, the candidate should also be good in generating content, compiling the content, and translating the content from Urdu to English.
