Communications Business Partner People Function:

Lead our People Function Communications team as a trusted advisor and Communications Business Partner to the People (Human Resources) Function.

Your role:
• Develop the People Function Communications strategy in support of the People Strategy, including the strategic narrative and messaging.
• Act as a trusted advisor and Business Partner to the Chief People Officer for both internal and external communications.
• Develop and lead the implementation of the People Function communications plan towards global audiences (employees and people leaders), integrating and connecting the work across various People function Centers of Excellence and working in partnership with the global employee communications team.
