We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented Restaurant General Manager to oversee the running of one of our most important themed restaurants located in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Tasks and responsabilities:

~ Directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company. Assuring the standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery. Working with customer relations, restaurant maintenance, repair and inventory. Supervising & QA of products and services that are delivered to each customer.

~ Controlling purchases and inventory by meeting with the account manager.

~ Maintaining the general operation in perfect order by preparing policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality.

~ Monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food and beverage service offerings.
