Job Description:

What are we looking for?
• To define, implement and execute the category business development/growth tactics for the category
• To develop merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve Category sales targets
• To drive the short term vision of our customers (Inside and Outside Mars)
• Enhance shopper experience , planogram strategy and supporting consistent execution al POS.

What will be your key responsibilities?
• Lead the Category Aligned Business and co-creation of Category strategy for customers business
• Develops customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase
• Works closely with custumers to define the consumer experience and merchandising strategy
• Define the Mars Path-to -purchase for diverse Advisorships and category partnerships with retailers
• Reporting, Analysis and KPI’s presentation building and analysis for all current advisorships
