Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and prioritize service requests, dispatching vehicles based on availability and proximity. • Communicate effectively with drivers to provide clear instructions and updates on assignments.
• Monitor vehicle movements and address any deviations or disruptions in service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, trip details, and client information.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or dispatching is a plus.
• Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
