Position Summary:

Oversees all administrative services and daily program operation of the Coalition for a Drug Free Dededo (CDFD) ensuring quality standards are maintained. Also is responsible for keeping the Program Director informed of progress and coordination of all activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following, as well as performance of other work related duties as assigned:
• Responsible for the implementation of the Annual Implementation Work Plan.
• Responsible for overseeing progress made on attaining the Annual Implementation Work Plan.
• Monitors the systems, procedures and standards of the CDFD, informing the appropriate party when deviations occur.
• Schedules and coordinates all Coalition meetings.
• Responsible for verbal and written communication with Coalition members, other organizations, partners, and collaborators.
