The role of TRAINING COORDINATOR will require management of training center and support to local trainees, coordination of Vendors for specific topics and management of trainer’s schedule and plans. There could be an initial short assignment in Italy, for familiarization, then the role will develop in Nigeria, Bonny Island Site.

Rotation will be 75/21 (75 days at site and 21 days at home), 10 hours per 6 days weekly. Travel, accommodation, flights, meals and every cost is covered by RINA. The duration of the contract will be initially 1.5 years but an extension is probable, being the role permanent.

A previous experience in training is required, preferred in oil & gas but not mandatory.
