We are seeking a skilled Upholsterer/Tacker to join our team in Tamworth.

As an Upholsterer/Tacker, you will be responsible for assembling upholstered furniture pieces.

Salary: Up to£14.50 based on experienced

Working hours: Monday-Friday 07:00 to 16:00 with early finish and weekly payment

Responsibilities:
• Measure, cut and staple the fabric onto the frame
• Assemble and move furniture frames and attach upholstery materials
• Install padding, springs, and other necessary components
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes

Experience:
• Previous experience as an Upholsterer or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

• Must be physically fit due to nature of the role
