Org. Setting and Reporting
This position is located in the United Nations Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO). The Team Assistant will be based in Kinshasa and will be under the direct supervision of the Chief of Radio Okapi.

Responsibilities
Within delegated authority, the Team Assistant will perform the following duties: • Provides general office support services to help ensure the smooth functioning of Radio Okapi and requests, including drafting routine written responses or routes to appropriate personnel. • Assist the Radio Okapi chief in preparing resource needs for budget submissions; help establish project budgets; travel/mission plans, etc. • Coordinate with the Administrative Unit of the Strategic Communication and Public Information Division (SCPID), the MONUSCO administration, and other mission entities. • Coordinate with UNOPS for administrative matters related to the contracts of Consultants and UN staff for Radio Okapi, their integration...
