We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our solution-oriented and collaborative Global C&B team in the role of People Mobility Solutions Manager (m/f) 80-100%.
Your responsibilities Ownership and continuous hands-on management of Franke Group processes, which supports mobility of our employees, such as:
• international assignments and other international employment setups
• flexible work policies
• company cars Preparation and organizing International Employment setups, including package calculations, supporting Local HR Teams through implementation and monitoring Support on Compensation & Benefits related tasks and projects, subject to your prior experience and skills Active participation in establishing Global Compensation & Benefits as well as Global Mobility standards together with C&B Team
