Job description

TL&T Electric Ltd, located in Kitimat, British Columbia for over 50 years is seeking a qualified individual to join their team in the position of: Administration Assistant.

TL&T Electric Ltd is seeking an individual with experience on Construction Work Sites and is proficient in computer programs such as Office, Word, Excel and Power Point. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Duties will include Receptionist duties, scheduling, time sheets,reporting, data entry and other duties as required or assigned. The work environment is high tempo and diverse in nature and requires an individual who is a self starter and enjoys working in a team environment.

· Position would be on a 14 day on/7 day off shift rotation (10 Hours a day.) Subject to change if required.

· If you are not local, accommodations would be made available at the Camp on site.

· Travel arrangements would be made on a Charter service provided by the Client from their nearest Hub.
