Responsibility
• To prepare and input the following month-end documents for general ledger processing: Revenue Journal, Cash Receipts Journal, Entertainment Journal.
• To review various miscellaneous revenue areas, including, but not limited to, the following: SPA, Valet Parking, Concierge, Laundry/Valet and Telephone.
• To monitor and ensures correct classification of all revenue, with particular attention to miscellaneous and account payable related revenues. Reviews banquet checks against Catering Orders for accuracy of preparation.
• To establish and maintain communication with the Night Audit and reviews Night Audit work daily for accuracy.
• To accurately reconcile specific General Ledger accounts as assigned by the Controller or Chief Accounting

Qualification
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
