Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retention & Recovery Officer at StormFiber located in Bahawalpur with flexibility for some remote work. As a Retention & Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer retention strategies, implementing recovery processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
