Planning, managing, and coordinating global project teams (international)

Management and oversight of budget and timeline during the program and S2D phases.

Examining technical, procedural, and personal weaknesses (risks) and analyzing the deficits of internal and external cooperation. Daily management of project teams, distributors, clients, service provide vendors to maintain the readiness planning.
