As a member of the Product Strategy Trading Platforms team, you will:
• Drive Growth: Lead the vision of our key product, setting the direction for how our users experience trading
• Research and Strategize: Dive deep into market research, understanding the dynamics of our target audience and the competitive landscape to formulate insights and set a clear, actionable path for the product. Define an innovative and powerful yearly, mid-term and long-term vision and develop a strong strategic plan for the trading retail product.
• Lead with data: Define key product KPIs, monitor feature adoption and usage to understand which client’s pain points and needs should be addressed. Lead cross-departmental efforts to ensure our strategy not only meet but also exceeds our clients' expectations.
