JOB PURPOSE
• During a 2-month internship at Bayer Juara, the focus was on Serenade, a product aimed at improving soil health for rice and vegetable crops. Interns conducted field trials, collected data, and analyzed results to assess Serenade's activity in soil and check baccilus activity in lab. The internship provided practical experience in agricultural research and collaboration with the Bayer Juara team.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Field Trials: Plan, set up, and manage field trials to assess the impact of Serenade on rice and vegetable crops. This involves selecting suitable fields, preparing plots, and applying Serenade according to research protocols.
