**Primary Function**:

- Assist the Supply Chain Manager on overseeing and supporting the financial goals of the company by ensuring effectiveness of warehousing activities.
• *Key Duties**:

- Strategically manage warehouse activities
- Receive materials supplied by vendor and verify the materials are in order
- Arrange location for storing of materials and finished goods
- Allocate materials for production according to materials/goods requisition form
- Perform stock checking and ensure records of stock balance is accurate
- Avoid over stocking of materials and finished goods and at the same time maintain warehouse
effectiveness
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Cooperate with related department to ensure prompt and on-time delivery
- Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse
- Examining the quality of materials and goods received and to identify any defects
- Prepare monthly warehouse reports
