Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to fill the Motor Mechanic position in the NSO Technical Services Centre (Kariega)

Brief Role Description
• Executes mechanical service and repair activities at Service Garage (NSO -Technical Services Centre - Kariega)

Duties:
• Servicing and repair Passenger and Commercial vehicles
• Doing all electrical repairs on Passenger and Commercial models
• Ensuring road safety through quality workmanship
• Staying abreast of development by reading workshop bulletins and workshop manuals
• Ensuring that workshop regulations and safety are adhere to
• Maintaining a clean working area
• Training allocated apprentices
• Assisting with preparing vehicles for Press launches
• Fitment of required accessories to our models
• Ensuring that all work carried out in the workshop or by the appointed supplier is of the required quality

Minimum Requirements:
• Have a minimum N3 Mechanical /Electrical Engineering.
