Line chef needed at Clay Cafe @ Maggies Farm, Lanseria to join our creative team. As one of our line chefs, you will be responsible for your work station, will need to prepare food to order, be able to work in different sections in the kitchen (includes but is not limited to breakfast service, sandwiches and salad bar and pizza bar), be able to plan and prep ahead of time and be a good team player.

We need a candidate that is creative and passionate about culinary art, someone who can deliver the highest quality service possible and someone who is diverse in their skills as a chef.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Swing between breakfast service, sandwich and salad bar and pizza bar.
• Manage and own your work station
• Apply food safety and sanitation procedures
• Plan for following day of service
• Knowledgeable on cooking chemistry and the ability to apply culinary techniques.
