Bravemind is currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the Finance Department of a client that is the leader of its activity sector. We are looking for an experienced CFO who will ensure the smooth running of the Finance Department while developing and executing the company's financial strategy in line with regional directions and growth targets.

Note: As our client’s office is in Alentejo, this professional needs to move to this specific area or live nearby. This is a 100% onsite role.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive strategy for the Finance department, with a specific focus on bank refinancing, debt management, and shareholder loans;
• Effectively manage the Finance department and its legal and claims staff personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
