Roles And Responsibilities
• Plans, directs, supervises, and controls overall project operations.
• Assist in the preparation of Tenders and standardized tender templates.
• Plans and organizes contract and project management activities including planning, budgeting, and billing.
• To organize work schedules, risk management, progress of certification, and payment collections.
• Review of Tender Documents.
• Review all project management reports on a weekly basis in coordination with Project Manager and site team.
• Review of certification of payment, Bill Abstract, and all other bill-related formats for various Contractor bills.
• Ensure site team timely does material reconciliations, monitor and control the material wastages at the site.
