We are looking for a smart and dedicated HR resource for the school division of the Bharath Group. The person should have anywhere between 3 - 5 years of experience as a RECRUITER. Or he/she could be in an HR generalist role but with prior experience in RECRUITMENT (please note that we are looking at someone who has done non-IT recruitment only)

Responsibilities
The HR person will be responsible for the following:
Recruitment of teaching, non-teaching and ancillary staff.
Induction of new employees
Training schedules
Attrition management
Performance management
Recognition and rewards
Handling disciplinary issues

Requirements:
We are looking at candidates who are currently residing in Mangalore city ONLY. Should have excellent communication and people skills, very good grasp of English and Kannada and an all-out extrovert!
