The Statistics Department (STA) of the IMF, and the IMF’s Regional Technical Assistance Center for Central America, Panama, and the Dominican Republic (www.captac-dr.org) have an opening for a Regional Government Finance Statistics (GFS) and Public Sector Debt Statistics (PSDS) Advisor (hereinafter referred as “Regional Advisor”) based in Guatemala, Guatemala. CAPTAC-DR is a multi-donor financed Regional Technical Assistance Center (RTAC) of the IMF that serves 7 member countries (Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama).

The Regional Advisor’s initial appointment is for one year, commencing on July 15, 2024, with the possibility of extensions for up to a total of three years, based on performance and management approval.
