Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Manager located in Ludhiana. In this role, you will manage and oversee the company’s global sales operations, develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base, and build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. You will also oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning, and work with other members of the management team to develop and implement sales policies and procedures.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a global sales organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and communicating with key stakeholders and clients
