Role Description/Criteria

As a member of the Music Department, the successful applicant provides administrative support and assistance to the Director of Music and to College staff and students involved in both curricular Classroom Music and the cocurricular Instrumental Music program.

This fixed term position is for the duration of Term 2, commencing Monday 15 April and concluding Friday 28 June, 2024. Working days are by mutual agreement.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy music department or other fast-paced administrative environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to quickly adapt to various College software and apps. Experience working with the Music Monitor database system is highly advantageous.
