To maximise Agri equipment user satisfaction and acceptance for dealer parts and service products. To assist Agri equipment users in achieving low operating cost through recommending cost-effective options and appropriate sales and aftersales programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Selling Agri products -Tractors (New Holland), Implements (Nardi & Fieldking).
• Selling tractors and implements parts and service.
• Effectively respond to all customer parts, Units and service enquiries and promptly process the orders.
• Customer support through by maintaining regular contact with all major customers assigned / allocated to the PSSR.
• Field visit to the customers to create awareness of all their parts and service needs.
• Communicate new units, parts and service offers by the Company to the customer.
• Maintaining and reporting on the inventory position to the Brand Manager.
• Advice customers on the lead time for ordered parts and units.
