• Your ultimate goal is to take Tadaaz France to the next level. You will be responsible for:

- developing marketing plans for different channels and segments with specific objectives to meet quarterly and annual goals

- establishing and managing our marketing budget plan as agreed within ROI targets

- supervising the execution of marketing strategies form start to finish, give internal support and drive collaboration within your team and across departments (IT, operations & product development)

- Analysing customer & digital data, consumer trends, market & competitors and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

- Lowering the dependency of paid channels by stimulating loyalty and organic marketing

- Maintaining relationships with external partners (such as: performance marketing agency, PR agency, social agency, …) where you sufficiently challenge them to meet goals and agreed targets
