We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the dynamic operations of our meat wholesale business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 10 employees, ensuring seamless operations in carcass receiving and dispatch, diesel bowser management, pre-packed and boxed product handling, dispatching boxed products, stock management, packaging and labeling meat products according to quality standards and customer specifications, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area, monitoring production lines to ensure the smooth flow of meat products, identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards and ensuring the security of company assets to minimize stock losses or theft.
