Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finance/Accounting department in accordance with, and ensure adherence to established guidelines, procedures, standards, principles and procedures.
• Assist in development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting.
• Supervise and participate in the preparation of respective daily, weekly and monthly financial statements and reports.
• Ensure submission of respective weekly and monthly reports through allocated systems.
• Direct and participate in cost analyses and rate studies.
• Direct internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
• Establish control measures and develop procedures to improve control of systems.
• Review financial statements with local management.
• Ensure maintenance of assets’ inventory and other related procedures and controls.
