MTF Finance Kerikeri is looking for a Sales and Lending Specialist to join New Zealand’s 49th MTF Franchise based in Kerikeri Bay Of Islands.

About the role:

Working closely with existing staff, you will be taking incoming calls from customers where English may not be their first language regarding new loan applications and existing customer accounts. You will also make outgoing calls to collate loan documentation to our customers in English or Tagalog, so this role needs to be fluent in both of these languages. Once documentation is received you will file it for processing. You will answer some customer queries regarding their account, and assist with payment arrangements when necessary. This is an office-based role in our MTF Finance branch in Kerikeri.

Your skills and experience:
• Experience and success in a sales and customer relationship-focused position.
• At least three years lending and sales experience in the motor vehicle industry is essential to the role.
