Enjoy a day off on your birthday About the Service Support Centre (SSC) Our Service Support Centre is an integral part of Regional Australia Bank's business structure and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent telephone service to members by way of 'first point of contact' resolution. The opening hours of our SSC are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm as well as Saturday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
