• leading the operations with regards to distribution & warehousing of products within the supply network,
• driving cost efficiencies, leverage global best practices & sustainability initiatives,
• managing daily distribution and shipping activities,
• analysing, understanding, designing, standardizing, documenting and digitalising of warehouses work and data flow,
• experiencing at blue collar & white collar management,
• studying ergonomics and work safety analysis of warehouses,
• managing the improvement projects of probable risks and designing the optimal work area structure,
