The Senior Manager, Chief of Staff (COS) will manage strategic priorities and key project execution in the newly formed Mexico City Tech Hub, supporting the VP CoS and the Mexico Site Leadership Team (Country Manager, Tech and Product Leads, Head of Risk, Head of Finance, Head of HR, Head of Security, and Compliance Advisor). They will play a critical role in the strategic management of business operations across a new and growing Mexico City Tech Hub organization, managing communications, influencing, and developing relationships across horizontal business and partner leaders and organizations, including Risk, HR, Finance, ESM, GWS, as well as other key stakeholders both inside and outside of Capital One.
