• Candidate should be aware of the State geography
• Should have worked for field verification/collection portfolio for any banking or non-banking clients
• Will be responsible for expansion of business for current cliental of RCSL
• Should have data analyzing/mining skills
• Recruitment of Vendors as per requirement
• Have led a team of >15 manpower
• Will be responsible for client visits, timely collections from the clients
• Responsible for driving the KPI
