You will be a creative character andwill be responsible to input into the creation of menus for our restaurant wherethe prime focus is on cheeses and diary products from the Creamery as well asthose reared and foraged on our estate. Responsible for a team of approximately16 and interconnected with the other food and beverage outlets on the estate,we are looking for an inspirational chef who communicates well at all levels.
