We are excited to be recruiting for this newly created role, which is part of our CEO Office. With its focus on research and it’s importance for leadership decision making, it’s ideal for somebody with a high level of curiosity and a strong strategic understanding. A background in energy is preferred but not a must-have. This role can be located at our Alpiq offices in Olten, Lausanne, Madrid, Milano, Berlin or Paris.

Your main responsibilities
• Understand the competitive Energy landscape
• Conduct searches of the best existing third-party research
• Reading research and distilling it down into logical analysis answering precise strategic questions about the energy transition
• Newsletter writing, updating aging whitepapers, etc.
• Develop and maintain a reporting catalogue to ensure the business is aware of all available research data
• Work closely with team Market Analysis and Regulatory as well as traders and originators
