Possible office locations: Austria (Gratkorn/Graz), Germany (Hamburg & Munich), France (Caen & Sophia Antipolis), Netherlands (Eindhoven). Responsibilities : Manage a portfolio of programs for a product line or segment by steering multi-site, cross-functional teams consisting of Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Systems, HW and SW engineers. Manage and build a high-performance team of EPMs. Initiate, plan, execute and close all programs as committed. Track and publish programs’ business and technical KPIs. Identify resources gaps and work with engineering leadership to have them resolved. Handle typical escalations from programs. Provide architectural and technical guidance when required. Inform the executive management team on risks and serious issues, taking responsibility in seeing them resolved. Drive discussions to decisions on changes to program scope, schedule, and cost.
